You'll have a dedicated planner, an advocate on your side, to handle all of your details and phone calls, arrange vendor meetings and correspondence, keep track of your payments, monitor your calendar of appointments, and attend selected vendor visits with you.

So much more than just day-of! Coordination services (also known as day-of coordination or wedding day management) are for couples who have planned their own wedding, but need assistance from a professional wedding coordinator to manage their wedding day.

From the start, you'll get access to all of our planning tools so you can get started or organize what you've already planned. Then, about a month before the wedding, we'll dive deep into your details.  

Two onsite coordinators will set up your decor, greet and assist vendors, and coordinate your ceremony and reception. You'll even have assistance with packing up at the end of the night!
