SO HOW DOES CONSULTATION WORK?
Will I have a real wedding planner?
Yes! When you sign up, you will get an email from us inviting you to set up a time to chat by phone. Dania, founder of Dulce Events, will be your wedding consultant for a one-time call or throughout your planning process.
How many times can I contact my planner?
You can email or call your planner as often as you need to! Your planner will get back to you asap with answers, advice or recommendations. It's like having a professional wedding planner in the family!
What's the difference between the consultation package and other wedding packages?
With consulting, you are planning your wedding with your planner as a consultant. Your planner will give you access to your personalized planning tools with everything you'll need to plan your wedding with confidence. With our other planning and coordination packages, you get to meet with your planner in person several times throughout the process and the planner is there on your wedding day.
What tools will my planner share?
As a Dulce client, you'll have access to all the tools we use to plan weddings through our client login. It's an amazing tool with everything in one place! You will be able to organize your calendar, to-do list, guest list, RSVPs, room layout, timeline, budget, checklists, vendors, contracts, etc... You'll even be able to save your inspirational photos, color palettes and design ideas. No need to search online and piece it all together. You and your planner will be able to access your portal together to be sure that nothing is overlooked.
How is this different from other checklists I've seen online?
We don't just give our clients a bunch of checklists. Our easy-to-use client portal is an interactive tool for wedding planning that can be managed by both you and your planner. You will not need to keep track of different websites, boards, calendars, lists... It will be all in one place and updated in real time so you can access it from anywhere.
What if I want wedding day management or day-of coordination services later?
If you decide later, that you'd like someone to help you manage your wedding day, just let us know and you can add to your services if we have availability.
Do I have to be local?
No. You can live anywhere in the U.S.! We are located in the beautiful city of Tallahassee, Florida. We know the wedding pros that can meet your needs to match your wedding size, style and budget. However, our virtual planning is just as effective if you are located in another city. We have organized weddings in South Florida, Georgia and the Carolinas and are available to travel, if needed.
